Shipping & Delivery
After you provided your shipping address during the online ordering process, the applicable charges for shipping and handling will be displayed. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any National Holidays. All shipments are subject to stock availability. The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the product availability, the shipping method and the distance between your confirmed address and our warehouse in Northern California. If the product is available you would usually receive the shipment within two to seven business days.

Tracking or insurance information is available upon your request. Our standard shipment will be through USPS or UPS Ground at the choice of POSKit.com. Other shipment methods or express delivery can be requested by our customers at extra cost. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories outside the Continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping and handling charges - which will be quoted and emailed to our customers after we receive the orders.
Shipping Prices
The following rates are used to calculate shipping & handling fees from California, USA to any location in the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS ground at the sole discretion of POSKit.com. Extra fees may be required if specific delivery services are requested.

Up to $30, S&H: $8
$30-$75, S&H: $13
$75-$200, S&H: $18
$200-$300, S&H: $24
$300 and up, S&H: $35

The following rates are used to calculate international s&h.

Returns & Replacements
To return any merchandise to POSKit.com (regardless of the reason for the return), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us with the following information:

1. Invoice/order confirmation #
2. Product Sku or part # (if available)
3. Quantity
4. Product serial # and model #
5. Problem description

We will email you the approved RMA # after reviewing your request. Please send back the RMA Product(s) along with the RMA# on the package with a copy of the relevant invoices. All returns are subject to prior approval. Please Note: Products received without a RMA number may cause a delay in processing the RMA. We reserve the right to refuse or return any products we receive that do not have a RMA number.

General Terms and Conditions

All returns must be sent freight prepaid within fifteen (15) days of the RMA number issuing date. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost and insurance when returning products to POSKit.com. We recommend returned items be shipped via couriers that issues a tracking number and insure the package against loss or damage. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Any refund request by the customer is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. All items must be in their original packaging and in a good condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer included with the merchandise (manuals, warranty cards, cables, etc.). Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. Defective software products may only be replaced with the same title. When a product is returned for Warranty Service, POSKit.com, at its option, will repair or replace the product and ship the repaired or replaced products to the customer at our expense. If the product cannot be repaired, POSKit.com, at its option, will refund or replace with an equivalent or better model to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

Any items sent back for RMA services will be tested. If an item is tested and is determined to be either (1) not defective or (2) physically damaged by the customer, the customer will be charged at the current rate of $65/hour ($30 minimum charge). If the physical damaged item is out of warranty service and may be repaired, the customer can choose to repair the item at the rate of $65/hour with a minimum of $30. We usually complete our warranty service within 2 - 4 weeks from the date of RMA receipt.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master card, Discover card and American Express only. All credit card payments must be verified by our credit card processor's confirmed address verification. Your order may be delayed if we must perform additional checks to verify your credit card information.
Warranty Policy
POSKit.com offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for products we sell. This limited warranty extends for 30 days from the date of invoice - unless stated otherwise on our product description. During the warranty period, POSKit.com will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective. This limited warranty does not apply to any products that are improperly handled, abused, neglected, repaired or installed by unauthorized technician. Any repair or installation not authorized by POSKit.com in writing shall act as an implied waiver of this limited warranty and relieve POSKit.com of any further obligation to the customer. Manufacturers may provide their own, separate warranties in additional to that is provided by POSKit.com.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, POSKIT.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE OR BY POSKIT.com, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO POSKIT.com ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY POSKIT.com SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL POSKIT.com, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSSES IN PROFITS, LOSSES IN REVENUE, LOSSES IN SAVINGS, LOSSES OF DATA, DOWNTIME, COSTS OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT), COSTS OF TIME, THIRD PARTIES' CLAIMS OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.
Typographical Errors
POSKit.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed with typographical errors, e.g. incorrect prices -- whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your check has already been withdrawn for the purchase and your order is canceled, POSKit.com shall issue a refund to you at the same amount charged.
